To provide women with a safe,clean living environment;to provide the necessary programs and basic skills to equip women for a successful transition back into society as a productive citizen.

The recovery and spiritual growth of the residents are the chief concerns
of this program as well as the successful transition into the community. All classes
and activities of the program are designed to empower each resident to
become a woman of character and a responsible citizen in our community.
